The Jr. FIRST Lego League program started at AHA in 2004 as the first pilot team in the Southeast. It is open to all students in 2nd-4th grades. The Jr.FLL build Lego structures that follow a theme. In addition to building structures, the teams research and present on the theme at an expo that is hosted annually by AHA.
